By accessing the Website, booking an appointment, or availing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or avail our Services.

1. About Our Services

Sivayogi.com represents a Nadi astrology center where readings are conducted using ancient Nadi palm leaf manuscripts, a practice passed down through five generations of Guruji’s family lineage. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Agasthiya Nadi and Shiva Nadi leaf identification through thumb impression
Kandam-based readings covering life areas such as general life, marriage, career, health, family, and remedies (Parikaram)
In-person consultations at our center near Vaitheeswaran Koil
Online and phone consultations for Seekers unable to visit in person
Guidance on remedies, poojas, and related recommendations based on Nadi leaf content

Please note that our center operates with a strictly limited daily capacity of two Seekers per day, by prior appointment only. We do not operate branches in any other city, state, or country. Any website, agent, or individual claiming to represent a “branch” of Guruji Dr. A. Sivasamy’s Nadi center is not authorized by us, and we accept no responsibility for services rendered by such parties. Our center remains closed on Wednesdays.

2. Nature of Nadi Astrology Readings

Nadi astrology is a traditional and spiritual practice rooted in centuries-old palm leaf manuscripts believed to contain pre-recorded information about individuals. While we conduct every reading with sincerity, care, and the accumulated knowledge of our five-generation lineage, Seekers should understand the following before booking a consultation:

Nadi readings are offered as spiritual and astrological guidance, not as scientifically verified fact.
Predictions, remedies, and interpretations are based on the traditional methodology of Nadi Shastra as practiced by our lineage, and outcomes may vary from person to person.
Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any health, legal, or financial decisions should always be made in consultation with a qualified, licensed professional.
We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, timelines, or results from following any remedy or Parikaram suggested during a reading.
Leaf identification depends on the thumb impression process and the availability of a matching leaf in our collection. In rare cases, a matching leaf may not be found for a particular Seeker.

By availing our Services, you acknowledge and accept the traditional and spiritual nature of Nadi astrology and agree that Sivayogi.com and Guruji Dr. A. Sivasamy shall not be held liable for decisions made based on the guidance provided.

3. Appointments and Booking Process

3.1 Booking Procedure

Appointments for in-person, online, or phone consultations must be booked in advance through our Website, official phone number, or authorized booking channels listed on sivayogi.com. Walk-in consultations without prior appointment are not entertained, given our limited capacity of two Seekers per day.

3.2 Information Required

To identify your Nadi leaf, we require your right or left thumb impression or the details specified for online/phone consultations (such as name, gender, and thumb impression images submitted through approved means). Providing accurate information is the Seeker’s responsibility; delays or errors in identification arising from inaccurate information are not the responsibility of the center.

3.3 Rescheduling and Availability

Given our limited daily capacity, appointment slots are offered subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance. Any rescheduling requests should be communicated to us at the earliest opportunity through our official contact channels.

4. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are communicated transparently at the time of booking and may vary based on the type of reading (Kandam) requested, whether the session is in-person, online, or by phone, and other service-specific factors.
Payment must be completed through the official payment channels specified by sivayogi.com. We do not authorize payments to any third-party agent, broker, or unofficial representative claiming affiliation with our center.
All fees quoted are for the reading and guidance service itself and do not include any separate charges for poojas, remedies, or materials that a Seeker may choose to arrange independently, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the fee applicable at the time of your confirmed booking will apply to your consultation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may require a Seeker to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time are eligible for rescheduling to a new slot, subject to availability.
Once a consultation has commenced, or once a Nadi leaf has been successfully identified and the reading delivered, the Service is considered rendered, and no refund shall be applicable.
In the event that no matching Nadi leaf is found for a Seeker despite the identification process, our team will communicate the applicable refund or alternative arrangement as per our standard practice at that time.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame, as communicated by our support team.
No-shows for confirmed appointments without prior communication are not eligible for a refund, given the limited daily capacity reserved for each Seeker.

6. Online and Phone Consultations

For Seekers unable to travel to Vaitheeswaran Koil, we offer online and phone consultations as an extension of our traditional practice. Please note:

Online and phone consultations follow the same thumb-impression-based identification process, conducted through images or details submitted digitally, as guided by our team.
The accuracy of leaf identification for remote consultations depends on the clarity and correctness of the information submitted by the Seeker.
Technical issues such as call drops, poor internet connectivity, or platform interruptions during an online session are outside our control; we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete the session in such cases.
Online and phone consultation fees, timelines, and processes may differ from in-person visits and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Seeker Responsibilities

By using our Website or availing our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of booking and consultation.
Use the Website and Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refrain from recording, reproducing, or redistributing any part of your consultation, reading, or related content without our prior written consent.
Treat our Guruji, staff, and team with the respect appropriate to a spiritual and traditional practice.
Not misuse, copy, or misrepresent our name, lineage, or content for commercial promotion without authorization.

All content published on sivayogi.com and sivayogi.com/nadi/, including but not limited to text, articles, images, logos, the description of our five-generation lineage, and any original material describing our Kandams, Parikarams, or center, is the intellectual property of Sivayogi.com and Guruji Dr. A. Sivasamy. No content from this Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
